OUR PURPOSE is to grow the game for girls and we are really, very proud of our Youth Girls who continue to grow from season to season. We have a great coaching team who are all dedicated to making rugby fun and accessible to all, regardless of experience.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ALL girls are always welcome to join us, whether they've played before or not. Our qualified coaches will introduce girls to the game and graduate them into contact (years 4 and above) at a pace that suits them.

ALL AGES WELCOME
We offer rugby to all girls in school years R or Y13 (therefore covering ages 5 to 18).
For girls in Y6 to Y13 we offer girls only rugby in our:
UNDER 12 (Years 6 & 7)
UNDER 14 (Years 8 & 9)
UNDER 16 (Years 10 & 11)
ACADEMY GIRLS (Years 12 & 13)
For girls in Reception to Year 5 we offer mixed tag rugby (girls in Years 6 can also participate in mixed rugby if they wish).
MINIMAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
All players must wear sports attire and trainers and bring a bottle of water. All players are asked to complete a short online RFU concussion awareness course.
TRAINING DATES & TIMES
Between September and April, we train on Sunday mornings 11.00 to 12.30 and Wednesday evenings. Summer training runs outside of the season on Sunday mornings at Knole academy between 10am and 1130am.

PACKED SCHEDULE
We have a packed schedule combining home training sessions with both home and away fixtures, specialist sessions run by England ladies players and festivals for all age groups.
This year the academy will be competing in the Kent League, as well as entering X7s Festivals throughout the season.
The U16s will be entering the Kent League, as well as a number of X7s Festivals when these are arranged.
The U14s have a program of friendly matches, they will be entering the Kent Waterfall cup and some X7s Festivals of their own.
We ask all girls to consider coming to both mid week and weekend sessions, as it helps their fitness and builds stronger team bonds.
